Automated Telecoms is part of Performance Telecom, a leading UK reseller since 1999. We have a team of dedicated developers, continually looking to provide added value and innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with Virgin Media's excellent Call Manager platform.
We have worked in partnership with Virgin Media for the past 2 years developing a range of Extension Applications. Within each product area we aim to offer standard and bespoke solutions, to suit the needs and budget of small businesses through to large corporations.

Tele-Web Integration
After 10 years working primarily as a reseller of Tier 1 products and services, Performance Telecom saw an opportunity to extend the standard telco products into enhanced web-based applications and launched the Automated Telecoms brand.
In just two years we have already created a suite of innovative products offering real time call information, managed disaster recovery and hosted call recording. We are now looking to further develop our range of automated solutions, which already include automated cust sat surveys and auto transcriptions services, into fully integrated tele-web applications.

We are currently working with a range of organisations on tele-web applications, from automated payment gateways, through to automated booking, ticketing and order lines. We like a challenge and actively encourage customers to come to us and outline new requirements for tele-web applications.
