1. What are you working on next ?Automated Telecoms have a dedicated team of developers, continuously working on product development. We are looking to move further into the Tele-Web application area and introduce multiple channels including; web, email, text and even iPhone applications.
2. Are you looking to work with other network platforms ?
Yes. We have a great relationship with Virgin Media and they have a fantastic network and call routing platform. But, we are looking to explore other network providers and open up access to our extension applications with them in the future.
3. Can I come to you with any requirement ?
Yes. in fact, we encourage it! What you see on this website is a range of standard and bespoke applications. However, we do actively engage in unusual and complex requirements as well. Please contact us with some details on your specific requirement.
