1. Which network platform do you use ?All of Automated Telecoms products are based on the Tier 1 Virgin Media Business Network, carrying over 34 billion minutes of switched voice traffic per annum. Over £13 billion has been invested in the national next generation network and we utilise the excellent Call Manager platform to provide our range of extension applications.
2. Do you provide bespoke solutions ?
As you can see, we have a range of exciting and innovative solutions offering significant added value over the standard platform. We have designed a range of standard, advanced and bespoke solutions to meet the needs and budget of small businesses, through to large corporations.
3. How do you offer such low pricing ?
With all of our products based at network level, you haven't got to worry about the large set up costs associated with traditional premises-based equipment. With advanced, web-based interfaces we can also rapidly deliver the exact solution you require.
4. What porting agreements are available ?
Virgin Media Business has porting agreements with all the major Tier 1 suppliers in the UK including:
BT, C&W, Opal, Totem, Thus, Colt, Redstone, Global Crossing, Verizon, Affiniti and Gamma
