We offer standard and bespoke Automated Customer Satisfaction Surveys, available through the use of a non geopgraphic number. Callers can either call the customer satisfaction survey direct or be transferred by an agent to complete it. IVR surveys offer a welcome message, including scoring rules and a set of questions which callers rate through DTMF. All scoring information is passed to an advanced GUI which allows you to measure customer satisfaction levels in real time.
