Our Real Time Call Statistics application provides real time call statistics and campaign feedback, delivered to a dedicated web-based application, updated every three seconds.  Users can choose to track all traffic or individual service numbers and view calls by hour, day, week, month or year.  There is also an opportunity to print a standard template showing a summary of all calls recieved over a given period.
