We offer standard and bespoke Automated Data Capture Solutions, available through the use of a non geopgraphic number.  Callers can either call the service direct or be transferred from an IVR option.  Our standard Automated Data Capture service offers a welcome message and a set of questions to enable the capture of relevant customer information as WAV files.  All voice files are then passed to an advanced GUI which allows you to review the caller's information.
